The Annual General Meeting 2020 will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 in Stockholm.

A shareholder, who wishes to have a matter dealt with at the Annual General Meeting, must submit a written request thereof to the Board of Directors of SSAB AB no later than on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. The request shall be sent to the following address:
